Rosewater Meringues with White Chocolate & Raspberry Cream

NEW IDEA requested a sexy dessert recipe for couples to be able to share during a romantic date and this is what I came up with.

I love the scent of Rosewater with crunchy Meringues. For a stronger Raspberry flavour add some pureed raspberries to the cooled melted white chocolate and follow with normal directions.
